This plan gives you the option to go directly to a specialist or any doctor in the HMO Blue New England network without a referral. However, some services do require authorization.
You must choose a primary care provider for you and each member of your family from any New England state.
This plan has a deductible of $1,500 per individual or $3,000 per family.
